Hudson Fixtures’s highest standards and craftmanship guarantee its product exceptional quality. Hudson Fixtures warrants to the original purchaser for as long as the original purchaser owns their home (Home Owner Warranty Period), that its products will be free of leak and, or drip during everyday use and all parts and finishes of its products will be free from defects in material and manufacturing procedures. All other purchasers (including industrial, commercial and business purposes) enjoy a warranty period of 5 (five) years from the date of purchase (Non-home Owner Warranty Period).

If any of Hudson Fixtures’ faucet ever develop a leak or drip during the Warranty Period, we will free of charge provide the parts required to put the faucet back in good working order and will replace free of charge any components that prove to be defective in material and manufacturing procedure, under normal installation by licensed professionals, use and service. Please contact Hudson Fixtures for any warranty claims. Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original purchaser is required for all warranty claims. Defects or damaged caused by the use of third-party manufacturers other than Hudson Fixtures are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty is comprehensive in that it covers replacements of all defective components and finishes. However, damage caused by installation error, product abuse, freezing water, neglect, misuse, normal wear and tear or use of cleaning solutions containing abrasives, alcohol or other organic solvents, whether implemented by a service company, contractor or customer themselves, are excluded from this warranty. Hudson Fixtures will not be responsible for charges and/or damage incurred during installation, repair or replacement, nor for any incidental, indirect, or subsequent damages, losses, injuries or cost of any aspect relating to this product.

This warranty is extensive in that it covers the replacement of all defective parts and finishes. However, damage due to installation error, product abuse, product misuse, or use of cleaners containing abrasives, alcohol or other organic solvents, whether performed by a contractor, service company, or yourself, are excluded from this warranty. Hudson Fixtures will not be responsible for labor charges and/or damage incurred in installation, repair or replacement, nor for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, losses, injury or costs of any nature relating to this faucet. Except as provided by law, this warranty is in place of and excludes all other warranties, conditions and guarantees, whether expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, including without restriction those of merchantability or of fitness for use.

This warranty gives customers specific legal rights and customers may also have other rights which vary from state to state, province to province, nation to nation.
