In the case of orders below $100, a shipping fee of $25 will be applied.

Our customers will receive two email confirmations: one when their order is placed and another when it is shipped, including a tracking number. It’s important to note that Canada Post may handle shipping for certain orders, depending on location or P.O. Box requirements.

We cover the shipping costs for our customers’ parcels, with the exception of situations where packages need to be rerouted or returned due to incorrect address entry or refusal of delivery. In such instances, the customer is responsible for any actual shipping costs incurred.
