PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Diners and many other), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Microsoft Pay are also supported.
Hudson Fixtures Ltd. Supports an Afterpay. Any purchase up to $2000 CAD can be split into equal instalments. You just need to pay the first instalment at the checkout.
Hudson Fixtures is committed to ensuring your personal information is protected and to providing a secure online experience. Sensitive information such as credit card information is not stored on our server.

ORDERING

Please contact us so that we can adjust your order(s).
All of our transactions are in Canadian Dollars. If your credit card issuer uses another currency, your order will be calculated per their daily exchange rate on the date your card issuer processes the transaction.
We reserve the right to accept or decline the order or a portion of the order any time after receipt, including when after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the transaction has been authorized. If the credit card has been authorized and the order is cancelled, we will issue a credit to the original payment method. Please note that any orders that have already been packaged and shipped cannot be cancelled (please refer to our Return Policy). Once the orders are shipped, we cannot make adjustments to the delivery address or the order itself. Please contact us immediately after purchasing if you want any changes to the order.

SHIPPING

Packages will be shipped from our warehouse using Canada Post, FedEx, and UPS.
Yes, we do. After placing an order form outside Canada, we will get in touch with you to arrange the best shipping method.
With standard shipping, the shipment will arrive somewhere between 7 – 14 business days after the order was received, depending on the availability of the shipping company and the customer’s location. COVID-19: Due to global disruption in the supply chain and logistics, a delay may occur.
Yes. We will send an email confirmation with details of your order, including a tracking number. If you have not received any information, please contact us.
Despite our effort to make the shipment most convenient for you, your items may be sent in several packages for logistical reasons. Please contact us if you have any questions about shipment and packaging, we will do our best to support you.

PRODUCT

Stainless steel does not rust over time; however, in areas water contains a larger amount of irons, irons particles can build up and create rust on the surface. In addition, any cast iron kitchenware left in the wet sink can also cause rust.
Clean regularly with clean water, and dry with a soft cloth. Do not clean with soaps, acid polish, or harsh cleaners.
The answer is no because they can trap iron deposits in water that cause rust and discoloration.
There are certain aggressive chemicals, such as chlorine bleach that can corrode stainless steel. These chemicals will discolor your sink materials. It is best to avoid cleaning solutions which contain chlorine bleach or sodium hypochlorite.
It is recommended to ask a certified plumber to install all of your kitchen and bathroom fittings.
Hudson Fixtures Limited Warranty covers all manufacturer defects in all of our products for the length of time that Hudson Fixtures product is installed and/ or used in the original home by the original purchaser.
